Shipping Schedule
We dispatch orders every Tuesday and Thursday. To have your order shipped on one of those days, please place it before 11:00 AM.
Delivery Area
Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands.
Delivery Cost
A flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies to all orders.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is defective or does not match what was promised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos and a description of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and, if valid, offer a suitable remedy - repair, replacement, or refund.
